We actually don't think too much about calories, and we don't think you should either. Counting calories is an easy, and mostly effective, way to keep track of your food intake. But, it doesn't really provide the best way to understand the complex effects that food has on our bodies. Instead, we like to focus on putting whole foods with high nutritional value in our smoothies.
Generally, our smoothies have between 100-300 calories per serving. You can find nutritional information, including calorie counts, on our weekly menu (included in each week's delivery), or by visiting individual recipe pages on our site.
