Our recipes will often include unique ingredients, whose flavor and nutritional profiles might surprise you (in a good way). In addition to fresh fruits and vegetables, our smoothies include hard to find superfoods and add-ins like chia seeds, flaxseed, goji berries, acai berries, maca, matcha, cacao nibs, pea protein, and much more.
While we do not yet have the option to customize individual smoothies, you do have the option to select 5 recipes of your choosing from 8 available recipes each week. Once logged into your GreenBlender account, you will be able to see and customize your next 5 weeks of smoothie deliveries from the available recipes for that week.
We post all of the upcoming recipes on our website on the Monday before the delivery week. The recipes are posted at the top of the menus section of the Recipes Page with a title that represents the theme for each week's box. Each week's menu will also be included in the boxes section of your account after your order has been processed.
