GreenBlender provides smoothies made from whole, fresh fruits, vegetables, and superfoods that include a great balance of protein, fiber, carbohydrates, healthy fats, and sugar. However, we know that everyone's bodies react differently to certain foods. We recommend talking to your doctor or physician to see if GreenBlender is right for you and your diet.
While we do not yet have the option to customize individual smoothies, you will have the option to select 5 recipes of your choosing from 8 available recipes each week. Once logged into your GreenBlender account, you will be able to see and customize your next 5 weeks of smoothie deliveries from the available recipes for that week.
