We all need a break from time to time, whether you're going on vacation, or just have a hectic week coming up. You can skip an upcoming delivery by managing your schedule in the deliveries section of your account.
We're also happy to help change your delivery address so you can keep up with your healthy routine while out of town, or send a box to a family member or friend while you're away. Just let our support team know the new address and what dates you'd like to receive your deliveries there, and we'll be happy to set that up for you!
REMINDER: If you want to skip a delivery, click on the icon for that upcoming delivery date that reads 'Skip Delivery.' The box will turn gray and you will see the word SKIPPED above the delivery date. If you change your mind, just click the 'Unskip' icon and the box will turn green and show that the delivery is SCHEDULED.
Since we plan each delivery in advance, we ask that you make any changes to your schedule by the corresponding pause/cancellation deadline of your delivery day:
